Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.
• For India orders – All domestic prepaid orders are processed within 2 business days, whereas COD orders take 3 business days to process as we verify the order personally to ensure a seamless process. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days upon confirmation. Delivery to locations that are in low coverage or difficult-to-reach areas may take between 10-12 working days.
• For International orders – All international orders are processed within 3 business days.
You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 business days.
ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, The House Of Arthaa takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
• The House Of Arthaa is not responsible for damage after delivery.
• For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

For India Orders:
• We ship products throughout India. The shipping rates vary according to the total cart value as follows:
For prepaid orders:
1. We are currently working on a shipping partner tie-up. The shipping charges will be updated once the tie-up is finalized. Till then the shipping charges will be charged on actuals. These charges will be informed to the customer before order confirmation by us.
For International Orders: We do not ship to foreign countries for now. Once we start shipping to foreign countries, the shipping charges will be updated.
